Our Wines

Kalós Wines were created to pay tribute to Calixto, the Losada familys grandfather. That is why the family decided to use his lifetime stories as a source of inspiration for the names of the wines. 59 Novias evokes the 59 girlfriends that he boasted of having during his youth. Malbec Clásico 59N brings them all together, as it is sourced from the best grapes of Maipú and Altamira.

59N Chardonnay

  • Varietal Composition: 100% Chardonnay
  • Vineyard Location:Vista Flores y San Pablo, Valle de Uco, Mendoza
  • Altitude: 1020 - 1350 msnm
  • Soil: Deep sandy loam soil
  • Age of the Vineyard: 25 years
  • Harvest Date: End of February
  • Maceration Method: Protective method (absence ofoxygen). 94 % fermented in stainless steel tanks by protective method. Only 6% is fermented and aged in French oak barrels of second and third use. No malolactic fermentation.

  • Alcohol Content: 12,5

Golden colored Chardonnay with clear greenish relections. Complex aromas reminiscent of apple, pineapple and peach. Its passage through oak brings hints of cocoa and honey, which raises in the mouth its kind end.
